AotP Swindle First Look Plus Bruticus Prototype Shows Possibly Better Proportions

Oh dude, Swindle's forearms look HORRIBLE. Why? Rest of him is awesome, but that is unreasonally bad. I know I complain about no wrist swivels a lot, but come on. They surely could have had those pieces of the bumper fold away better. Bruticus looks amazing though. Correct that is seems to be the arms slightly out of proportion, or just everything but the arms. I don't think its enough to be a problem.

Last week at meijer i picked up Alchemist Prime on early black friday sale for 20 whole dollars! Felt pretty good, and hes a fun little figure to have, not doing anything real wild but doing it well. He also reminds me a litte bit of Cybertron Overhaul in vehicle mode
At this point i have most of the Primes which wasnt planing on but eh, they have all come on at msrp or on sale so cant complain too much

I'm surprised Amazon actually sold out its first day. I feel like these Commanders usually take a few days to sell. I'm sure it'll be back up soon enough.

Yup. Sold out fast. Everybody wants a Bruticus I guess. I'm pretty sure Motormaster and Silverbolt lingered for quite a bit before actually selling out.

Blast Off apparently attaches backwards relative to the G1 toy and animation model, so we'll have to wait another 9 years for HasTak to take yet another pass at the "perfect" Bruticus.

We have yet to end 2025 and we already have 2026 toys on shelves. The fourth wave of Age of the Prime deluxes has been found at Walmarts in Canada this past week. Online American retailers are also shipping them out though they have not appeared in stores yet. This wave includes Quickstrike, Jalopy, Blastoff, Quintus Prime and Sureshot.

Went into my local Target today looking for Vortex, and while they didn’t have him, I did manage to get Blast-Off directly off of the pallet. They also had Quintus, but Pulse already has him en route.

I believe Walmarts in the area are doing the new increased prices, but I don’t frequent them that often so I’m not positive. Today at Target was still $24.99, which made me a very happy boy.

More new reveals with Animated Ratchet on the Trailbreaker mold and after all this time a return of Prime characters with what I think is a good looking Smokescreen. I sure this will probably get a Beast Hunters blue repaint for Amazon or a Target 4 pack at some point.
